The focus of this workshop will be on the isolation, generation an culture of ocular cells. It is a very good opportunity to improve your lab skills.
The focus of this wetlab course will be on organ extraction.

Building on the wetlab course held by Dr Hadrian the extracted cells will be analysed. FACS is a strong analysis method, which allows to quickly and precisely collect data on many parameters from a heterogeneous liquid mixture with living cells.

Professor Thomas Langmann from C05 project will talk on "Retinal neovascular diseases" at 4 pm online.
Dr. Schlereth and Dr. Rekate provide an introduction to corneal diseases, surgical techniques and aftercare at the Department of Ophthalmology.
All PIs are welcome to join the upcoming PI meeting on June 05 at 17:00 in the CECAD lecture hall (ground floor). We are planning to have a barbecue together after the meeting to round off the day in a relaxed atmosphere, starting at approx. 19:00.
Dr. Constantin Niederau will provide a comprehensive introduction to the topic and treatment methods of eye tumors. This will be followed by a patient discussion in the treatment rooms of the Ocular Oncology at the CIO building (5th Floor).
