Dr. Astrid Schauss, head of the CECAD Imaging Facility, will give us a tour, explain about the imaging and microscoping options as well as show us through the steps of planning and following through with a collaborative imaging project.
Professor Björn Bachmann, Project Leader in the A01 project, is going to talk on the clinical aspects of Fuchs Endothelial Dystrophy.

Building on the wetlab course held by Dr Hadrian the extracted cells will be analysed. FACS is a strong analysis method, which allows to quickly and precisely collect data on many parameters from a heterogeneous liquid mixture with living cells.
