SUMMER SCHOOL
“Eye and inflammation”<\/h1>\n\n

Join the SFB 1607 Summer School<\/strong> and dive into the exciting and rapidly evolving field of \u201cEye & Inflammation.<\/strong>\u201d Designed for PhD candidates, postgraduate researchers, and medical students, this program brings together leading experts and motivated early-career scientists to explore cutting-edge topics such as corneal inflammation and (lymph)angiogenesis, immune-mediated and (neo)vascular vision loss, metabolism in eye diseases, and innovative approaches including stem cell research and AI-driven imaging.<\/p>\n

Beyond inspiring lectures, participants will gain hands-on experience in interactive workshops covering techniques like flow cytometry, microscopy, OCT imaging, and bioinformatics\u2014while building valuable international connections in a collaborative setting. The Summer School takes place from September 7\u201311, 2026, in Cologne<\/strong>, Germany.<\/p>\n
